Hi everyone,

I never thought I’d be making one of these, but here we are. On May 20th, my husband Colton hurt his back at work and has been out of work since May 23rd. He’s been in pain and has numbness and tingling in one of his arms and legs. He’s seeing doctors and has a workers’ comp attorney, but this is a slow process and he hasn’t been able to work at all. We are waiting for an MRI to be approved.

Since then, it’s just been me trying to hold everything together — keeping bills paid, purchasing necessities for our household, and gas in the car for all his appointments. Our monthly bills add up to around $3,000 — mortgage, car payments, insurance, utilities, phones, and other necessities. Workers’ comp hasn’t paid yet and we’re falling behind fast.

We’re asking for help to get us through this time until he can heal and get back to work, or until his case is resolved. Every dollar will help with:

• Mortgage & utilities

• Gas for appointments

• Household needs

• Medical costs that insurance doesn’t cover
