Hi friends,

Many of you know Odin, and some people seeing this SHOULD know Odin.

He's my best friend and I've had him since he was 7 weeks old.

This afternoon while in the backyard, he had the unfortunate encounter with a dog 4x the size from the alley.

Odin has been rushed to the emergency vet where he is currently undergoing surgery to clean and close the large hole in his tummy.

They are not sure how extensive the damage is yet, however from simple eyeballs I can see tears through multiple layers of flesh. IT'S DEEP.

Please help me cover this cost if you can. This dog is my best friend and my joie de vivre.

He is the best part of my life and I need help to keep him the best part of my life.

The low quote for the surgery is $3200, with the high quote being over double.

ALL funds will be used to cover vet expenses.

PUPDATE:

Odin is out of surgery. He has two sites for stitches and currently has a drain hanging out of his abdomen which will need to be removed in 5 days. We are monitoring his right eye to make sure it is only bruised and doesn’t have extensive trauma.

The wound was quite large internally and we are so thankful for the support received and for the team at Trout Lake Animal Hospital.
