Hello!! My name is Sarah and on June 13th I suffered a fall down the stairs on Winthrop & Nostrand Ave. train station, I broke my fibula and needed a plate and screws to fix it. My right hand also suffered a fracture, currently I'm unable to work and the bills are accumulating(started already with a $400 bill from the 911 for the ambulance), I truly appreciate any help thank you
