She cannot keep living like this

Millie is just a puppy… and she has already endured more pain than most dogs ever should. After being rescued from SBC shelter, her fight has been nonstop. She came out battling distemper, and on top of that, she suffered an anal prolapse that was “repaired” at the shelter—but the surgery failed.

Now the prolapse keeps coming back out… over and over again.

This is not just uncomfortable—it is painful and dangerous. Millie is straining so hard just to go to the bathroom. She is suffering. Taking her back to the vet again and again just to push it back in is not a solution. She urgently needs corrective colorectal surgery to fix this permanently.

Despite everything… this sweet girl still has the most beautiful spirit. She is loving, gentle, and so full of life. She doesn’t deserve this pain. She deserves relief. She deserves a real chance at a happy, healthy life and a forever home.

Her incredible foster mom, Renajda, has gone above and beyond—providing exceptional, loving care every step of the way. But now we need help. We cannot do this alone.
