My dad, Carson, was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer around Christmas. His current prognosis is about 6 months.  He was the primary breadwinner of the house and as Social Security benefits will likely not be recieved until after he has passed, I am trying my best to fundraise enough to keep him in his home until the end. If he outlives his prognosis he will begin recieving assistance this summer, but there is not enough savings to prevent foreclosure before that time. Please, please, please---any little bit that you can contribute can provide another day in the home that he has made for himself and his wife.
