Hi, my name is Troy. I was robbed on Monday, July 18th, in a way that has had devastating consequences that continue to take a toll. The total value of belongings taken equates to approximately $15,000. From passports to electronics, ID'S, credit cards, money, jewellry, personal irreplacable items & information. Its a personal violation that really can't be measured. While it's tough, I know that in time I will be able to recover and build my life back and become stronger because of this. One of the worst and hardest parts about the whole situation however is that someone I care deeply about had his bag taken which included a Laptop, prescription reading glasses and airpods. He is in his final year of college with student load debt mounting and this now sets him back in a way that is hard to over come. So I am setting up this go fund me in the hopes to raise even the slightest amount to help go towards replacing his lap top and prescription glsses so he can finish college and move on to doing the wonderful things that he intends to do and be. No one deserves this and unfortunately we can't erase the sad and bad in the world, but, we can continue to show up and support those we care about the most and that is why I am doing this today. For him. To try to make some right out of this wrong.
