Hello everyone,

My name is Shawayne Robinson, me and my spouse ( Disabled Vet ) have always dreamed of sharing our love for Caribbean dishes with the community. A food truck is the perfect way to make that dream come true bringing fresh, delicious meals straight to neighborhoods, events, and local gatherings.

Why a Food Truck?

Opening a restaurant can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, but a food truck allows me to start smaller while still serving high quality food. We want to create not just meals, but an experience that brings people together through flavor, culture, and community.

How Donations Will Help

Your support will help cover essential startup costs, including:

• Purchasing and outfitting the food truck

• Kitchen equipment and safety requirements

• Licenses, health permits, and commissary fees

• Initial inventory and supplies
