Hello my name is Pam Herrick I am 50 years old and in 2013 I was diagnosed with end-stage renal failure. I have a boyfriend and three children (photographed above) Currently I am on PD dialysis from home 8 hours a day 7 days a week. I an just months away from getting a kidney transplant and  I'm not financially ready. Please help with any amount you can.
When i was born I only had one kidney which  has now failed me. About a year after my diagnosis I went on disability from work, and money has been tight. Now I am a stay at home mom. My oldest son is 25 years old, my second son is 20, and my daughter is 12 years old. They are the ones who inspire me to keep on fighting this awful disease. Please help me to reach my goal of $5,000 to help with the medical expenses such as Medical bills, Transportation, and Temporary housing while in San Diego 100 miles from my house (daily appointments with the transplant team post transplant.) I really look forward to getting back to being my old lively self and do things with my family like I used to, and going back to work.
