I was climbing the rocky craggs  along the beach when suddenly I lost my footing......not really. Tripped over electrical cord when getting off the sofa and landed on my shoulder. Upper arm fracture. Most pain ive ever experienced. I need surgery immediately. I am on Isla Mujeres Mexico with no insurance.  The location of the break is subject to embolism so i cant fly home to the states for the surgery.  I must have the procedure in Cancun and must pay in cash, upfront.  I am asking for help in paying for the surgery.
