In Desperate Need of Help

Hello my name is Adriana and I am in need of help for my husband Matt. Matt is a truck driver that had a stroke while he was driving. He just started a new job and has no insurance or short term disability. He is currently in the hospital on a ventilator trying to come back to us. The hospital said he will not die but they don’t know the extend of damage he has suffered to his brain as of right now. I hope that he comes back to us.
