Yolanda during her road to recovery

Hi, my name is Ty and I'm fundraising money for my mom. As most of you may know on August 25, 2023 Yolanda suffered a stroke on her way to work. By the grace of God it wasn't a massive stroke but it definitely has caused her to experience some deficits. The outpouring of love and support has been overwhelming and such a comfort during this difficult time. Many people have reached out asking how they can help beyond all of their thoughts and prayers so I set up this page as a way for all of us to help alleviate some of Yolanda's financial stress. The journey to recovery will be long and difficult for and her children, and our hope is for Yolanda to be able to stay financially stable while working to find a sense of normalcy. With this being said she will be spending a little more time in the hospital and will require rehabilitation. The last thing we want is her to be stressing over how she will take care of my younger siblings at home and how she is going to mange paying her bills while trying to recover at the same time. So I added up the her monthly bills and this will help her get by for the next few month.On behalf of our family we greatly appreciate everyone for their love and support. All donations will 100% go directly towards my moms bills. 

UPDATE:

As y'all know it’s been 7 months since Yolanda had a stroke. She has made a lot of progress but still on a long road to fully recovering. Her Neurologist has decided that she won’t be cleared to go back to work for the next 12 months. As y’all know Yolanda has always been independent and been able to handle her own all of her life. So now she’s stressed out having to depend on others because she wants to help. We’ve been trying to get her disability through social security but that is a long process within itself. We as a family are doing the best we can while trying to stay afloat. But things are getting tough. We really hate to keep asking but it takes a village. Any donations that we receive 100 percent go towards Yolanda’s bills. We appreciate every last one of you for helping us out in this time of need.
