Blake Gravelle was born on September 17, 2014  at 29 weeks 5 days. He was born at 9:34pm weighing 2lbs 3oz and 14.5 inches long. Leah was diagnosed with HELLP syndrome. He has spent two months in the NICU between Children's and Waconia. We are asking for some help to assist with the medical bills that were and will be incured for the medical care he has had and will need into 2015. We would greatly appreciate anything you can give.
