Our beautiful boy Jacob passed away suddenly on Tuesday 27th January.

My family and I are currently going through the process of organising funeral arrangements and we would appreciate any help people can provide with the costs.

We know a lot of people loved Jacob, he was such a beautiful, kind boy with a beautiful soul.

At this stage, we do not have a funeral date but once this is something we can confirm we will share details with those who would like to be there and who we know loved Jacob.

My family is grieving so we please ask for privacy during this time but if you would like to send a kind message you can, just please be patient with us.
