So, I've always been hesitant of asking for help, especially when I need it. I've done my best to make sure I could handle this on my own and now I'm in a position where this is legit my only option left.

My landlord has decided, once again, to attempt to sell the townhouse that my youngest sibling, my grandmother and I are currently living in, the same way he tried 2 years ago during Covid as well. He had open house showings with my family inside of it, having potential buyers and realtors constantly in and out of our home from 12 PM - 7 PM, even on weekends. Only this time he's succeeded in selling it. We've been paying rent on a month-to-month basis with him so we don't have a lease and he's sold it to someone who's decided they want to move in. He's essentially given us our 60 days notice and asked us to vacate the premises, the date being July 31st. My living situation has been very taxing, mentally and physically.

I've had some offers given to me from some friends for new living situations and my sister is currently thinking over what she wants to do as well.

Here's why I'm asking for this though. I want to avoid my family being displaced. My current job, having cut my hours (been working on-call) and job searching still ongoing, it's getting closer and closer to things being out of hand. I want to make sure things are secure for us.

Any help you guys can lend would be greatly appreciated.
