Friends, we are calling upon our Capitol Hill neighbors to help support our local restaurants and members of our community in need.
The plan is to help support our beloved local restaurants while serving our greater community. We've partnered with the DC Dream Center to help distribute meals purchased from Capitol Hill restaurants people suffering due to COVID-19.
The DC Dream Center is primarily a mentoring and tutoring non-profit that has temporarily repurposed their facility as a resource center, focusing on feeding those in need and distributing critical resources to the community. The DC Dream "Kitchen" has been serving and delivering at least 200 free hot meals per day to those in need in the southeast.
We are incredibly grateful to anyone who is able to support our mission. Thank you so much, and stay safe!
