Hi, My name is Steve and I am raising funds to have a memorial bench and plaque installed in memory of Dave in Arbrook Common. I would regularly ride with Dave across the Common as we headed out to the HIlls.

Dave was a much loved husband, father and friend who was taken from us suddenly in 2025. Dave would regularly walk the family dog in Arbrook Common as well as pass through on one of his many bikes heading out to the Surrey Hills. On Sunday 19th of April we are partnering with the Giro shop ride and having a memorial ride for Dave. There is a loop we often rode out to Shere for an ice cream and then back to Esher. We actually christened the route Dave's Fave, as he loved it so much. You can check the route here. You can join for the ride, meet up at Shere Delights for an ice cream or join us back at Giro for coffee and cake.

BTW: You are encouraged to wear a loud beach shirt (think Bermuda) for the ride.
