Please help my Bubba if possible

Our sweet little cat who is a great source of Joy and comfort to both of us has recently developed a terrible cough which we believe to be an upper respiratory infection.  He is not holding down any food and he is coughing and sneezing all the time.
   Due to our money struggles and barely keeping the bills paid as they are I do not have the money to take my baby to the Vet.  I know it can be expensive but I am hoping to be able to find one that may work with me.  I really need the help and I wouldn't ask again if it weren't for him.  He didn't ask for this and it isn't his fault that mommy and daddy are poor.
     I cannot just sit back adn watch him die.  Please help if you can.  Every dollar matters.  Thank you
