Help starting my new life

Hi! my name is Tyler, i’m an 18 year old trans man! I just graduated highschool in 2020 and now in 2021 I am an EMT. I’ve been working extremely hard to save up for things like top surgery, a car, an apartment, college, therapy, etc. I recently found out i’m being diagnosed with a chronic illness and will need to pay for the medication and treatment.
