Jytte's septic tank was busted!

I'm not very good at asking you for help, but I find myself in a bind. I was having a refill of propane from Ferrell Propane when their truck busted my septic tank. - I have to replace the tank, which is way more than I can afford on Social Security. I can't believe that I need to do this, but the propane company is refusing to take responsibility.
