two year old Riley has an Abernathy Malformation type 1 which means the blood is bypassing the liver and not being properly oxygenated. She will require a surgical procedures to see if they can block the shunt to open the main portal in to the liver. If that doesn’t work we will be placed on the liver transplant list. Her and her parents are from Cumberland but she has spent months in Philadelphia for medical care and will now need to go to Chicago for surgeries.
