Cupcake's Surgery Fund

Cupcake is in need of help.  She has torn her ACL and has a luxating patella (her knee cap is no longer in place) and after the vets looked at her they have decided she will need surgery.  Between her pre-operation needs (xrays, bloodwork and medicine), the surgery, and follow up her vet bills are adding up fast.  She is such a wonderful dog and deserves all the help she can get.  The vets have told me that because she is very healthy and in shape she will be able to make a full recovery once I can do the surgery.  Any help you can give is greatly appreciated!
