Jynx's road to recovery

Hi everyone,

I'm creating this go fund me page for my friend, Lisa. She needs your help.

In October 2023, her beautiful mum, Marie passed, and Lisa has taken on her mum's gorgeous horse, Jynx.

Unfortunately Jynx has broken her splint bone and it's now a fight to save the hoof from being dislodged due to swelling. This requires daily medication and icing up to 5x per day and permanent stall rest for the next 3 months. In the meantime, Jynx has been weight bearing on her other leg, which has in turn developed 'Supporting Limb Laminitis' in that hoof - which also currently requires daily treatment.

The vet bills so far have totalled $1363.

Hopefully Jynx is on the road to recovery, with Lisa's ongoing diligence and support her mums horse needs. The feed bills for Jynx are through the roof from needing to be fed constantly throughout the day instead of grazing.

Please help Lisa to cover these vet bills of her mum's horse while she continues to work day in and day out to help Jynx recover.

Her mum was her best friend and they spent many days together in the paddocks riding Jynx and their other beloved horses together. Lisa dedicates her life to caring for and training horses who haven’t been loved or cared for elsewhere, and it is so important to her that she brings her mum's horse back to health.
