I am Josh, an 18year old that has and still occasionally struggles with mental illness.

 

Last September, I attempted to take my own life and as a young male, I found it hard to express my emotions to others. So, in order to raise awareness around this subject, I am supporting the charity, Young Minds, in allowing young people to speak out on their mental health issues and speak to others.

 

In honour of people who have or are suffering, I will be rowing and cycling a marathon on the Row Erg and the Bike Erg (84.39km / 52.4miles) on Friday 20th May at ADVHQ, Henley, starting at 5.30am.
