The fund will go towards supporting David Ross "Hafey" Hafen II family and to establish a solid foundation for his son
On July 26, in an instant, David Ross "Hafey" Hafen II was taken from us in a tragic motorcycle accident while riding with friends a few miles from his home in Oceanside CA.
Ross Hafen, as he was know to friends and family, or "Hafey" as he was know to his Street Royalty MC family, was born in San Diego CA on January 9, 1990. He earned a degree in Fire Science from College of the Siskiyous in Weed CA before earning an EMT certificate and most recently, in June 2014, Ross became a CA certified Paramedic. Ross began his firefighter career serving with the Weed FD before becoming employed by CalFire where he worked out of the Lake Alminor station and his last posting in Pine Valley CA in Riverside county. Ross was a respected member of the CalFire family and is being honored as such.
Ross' greatest passion was his family. His fiance, Jillian and his son Sylis were his pride and joy. They pursued many of Ross' other activities, like motorcycles.
Ross found another passion and another family in the motorcycle community. He shared this passion and the love of family with the Street Royalty Motorcycle Club. He first joined the club in Siskiyou, CA and when he and his family moved to Oceanside in 2014. The men and women of Street Royalty found Ross to be a leader and a peacemaker, friend, mentor and arbitrator.
