My parents dog Zoe was shot with a rifle this morning 2-3 times by their obviously insane neighbor. She is the sweetest most gentle puppy only weighing about 10 pounds. There was absolutely NO REASON for this to happen. We are in contact with the police and they are taking action. 
Zoe is being transferred to Philadelphia for surgery. The bullets went through her body. The surgery itself is $6000+. I’m making this page for my parents who are obviously going through a tough time with this.  We appreciate anything anyone is willing to donate towards our sweet Zoe.
