Sawaed Charity

Sawaed Charity is a legal charity based in the Gaza Strip, Palestine sacntioned by the Palestinian Authority. Our work's primary purpose is to serve children who affected by constant seiges of Gaza by offering clothes, blankets, toys - emotional celebrations which help the children overcome trauma. We visit them in hospitals to offer services to make them smile again. Our secondary purpose is to assist homeless families who are displaced due to bombings during the war.  The victims now live in tents and caravans; we seek to offer them blankets for this winter and clothes for their children .

To assist with schoolastic work , Sawaed Charity offers stationary, school bags, and uniforms. Thus far in 2015, more than 470 children have been readied for school by our services. We hope by next year to increase that number to 1000.

Alimentary and medical assistances are offered for a number of children with special needs due to war, and we seek to offer them prosthetics .

Your kindness and generousity will not without blessings, together we hope to allow these beautiful Palestinian children the chance to have a warm winter with blankets, jackets, and other necessary provisions many take for granted.
