Hello to all my friends, family, and pals from across the internet.

After an uphill battle for almost three years, complete with insurance switches, medical malpractice, and lots of tears, I finally have a top surgery appointment booked for July 28th.

Originally I was under the impression that my insurance would completely cover it. But due to a switch in surgeons, they are no longer covering it and I will have to pay almost completely out of pocket.

My wife is forcing me against my will to start this GoFundMe - I hate nothing more than asking money from people. But I genuinely will not be able to do this without help.

Those who are closest to me are (lovingly) forcing me against my will to share this GoFundMe link. Although I recognize that this is life-saving care, I still cringe a little at asking for help in this extremely personal matter. However, it would be lovely to finally be able to save my ribs from binding every day and even more so, the massive load of dysphoria that I experience 24/7.
