I am setting up this page on behalf of Adam. Sims.

Adam has unfortunately been diagnosed with an aggressive bowel cancer. That sentence alone explains the stresses involved! House hold bills, medical bills, loss of work, chemotherapy, while still trying to provide for a family would be a hard pill to swallow!
