Hi Everyone. I am setting up this account for an amazing family who could use any support you can give.
Sara Lynn is an amazing mother or 3 soon to be 4. This 4th pregnancy has been a long and stressful one for Sara Lynn. The Baby has had a very large cyst that has been monitored throughout the pregnancy with recurrent trip to Calgary hospital. The cyst has now popped and caused a hole in the bowel. The hole caused meconium to leak out and it has now calcified. Surgeon said 95% chance the baby will need surgery upon arrival.
Sara Lynn and her family of 5 were supposed to be living at RMD house starting this week. Unfortunately the house is full and the family is on a waiting list. Where or when they will be able to stay in calgary is undetermined at this time. Sara Lynn will continue to travel until a room opens up a RMD house. Or they will have to find alternative housing if nothing opens up in time.
Sara Lynn's induction date is on February 18th. Sara Lynn and baby will continue to stay in hospital after baby is born. While the rest of the family will probably have to return to pincher creek shortly after. Sara Lynn's Husband Heath will have to take time off work to continue to care for their other 3 children while Sara Lynn and baby recover. Not knowing how long that will be is definitely stressful. There are a lot of uncertain things about this pregnancy and the families living situation while they go through these next few weeks /months.
Sara Lynn is always the person who everyone can count on, she is constantly doing selfless deeds for people in our community. So if you can give to this family please do, if you can't please say a little prayer for Sara Lynn, her baby and her family.
