My Name is Ketlie . I am a community activist and a social worker in Chicago . Our friend Owen Leroy has been through so much in life. Due to a stroke , he became disabled and lost his own business, his home and his car. One year later he lost his wife and his life fell apart. This year he lost his aunt due to Covid, his oldest nephew to COVID and his sister is at the rehab recovering from COVID as well. Sunday morning his mother just passed and has no means to cover the costs of the funeral due to limited income from the Government.
