Hi my name is Zoe and I’m the owner of a gorgeous Miniature Dachshund honey who is 3 years old ! She’s energetic , loving and an asset to our family life ! She lives here with me and my 4 children and our other pets . Honey was born on 18th August 2022 in Hastings ! Honey is usually lively , on Friday 3rd of April 2026 Honey was very clingy and was whimpering in pain! I took Honey to our local vet who advised us that she has grade 2 IVDD ( I adult terms slipped discs in her spine ) this has caused her to loose the use of her back legs , she can no longer walk or toilet as this has effected her bottom half and half of her back! Vet fees are extremely expensive . We have been told for a CT scan it is £3000 and if she needed spinal surgery a further £7000 plus medication on top! I’m not one to ask for help but I’m asking from the bottom of our hearts for any small donations to help Honeys recovery, the next 6 weeks are crucial ! She’s just 3 years old !
