Our friend Coop had a bad accident .  A jug of fuel blew up in his face and he has 2nd and 3rd degree burns on his face, neck, ears, stomach, hands, and inner part of his legs.  He is going into surgery in the morning. The Dr is going to take off all the dead skin. If the skin is regenerating, he will not have graphs. If it looks like there needs to be grafts done they will do it then while he's in there.  This is going to be expensive for his family.  The Outlaw Boat Racers in the Texarkana, Tx area are in the process of raising funds to help offset the expenses and we are reaching out to all fellow boat racers, freinds, family, aquaintances and co-workers for contributions.

I tagged along with them to most of the races last summer and they are an inspiration to hang out with.  Coop is one of those guys that is the same whether he wins or loses.  If he loses or something happens to cause him not to win his responce will be, That's Racing and be smiling as he says it.  Racing is his Passion.  He is never too busy to help someone with a problem and the first to show up if you need help.

Coop is in a lot of pain and needs your prayers and the  donations will go a long way to help with the expenses.  We hope you feel compelled to give freely for a worthy cause and a good man.  God bless you Coop and Susan
