Join us in supporting three Escondido scholars who are heading off to UCLA, UCSD, and Chico State in the fall! They are first-generation high school graduates from low-income households who have consistently demonstrated commitment to their education and community. In middle school, they brought national recognition to Escondido schools by hosting Fuel Up to Play 60, the NFL, Quaker Oats, Andrew Luck, Kendall Reyes, the National Dairy Council, the Dairy Council of California, and the California Milk Advisory Board. In high school, they were granted prestigious Sony or Simon scholarships for their academic and civic achievements, but those monies will only offset a portion of their tuition expenses. As their mentors, we know the financial demands of attending college and would like to support them as they have supported their community throughout middle school and high school. These students are outstanding role models of perseverance, service, and academic excellence. Please consider donating to their promising futures!
