Many of you know Jay & Rita Wilkins. On Monday morning, Jay, at 59 years of age, passed after his battle with Lung Cancer. Jay was rasied by a loving family in Runnemede, NJ. He leaves behind his loving wife of 25 years, Rita, his stepson Jorge, daughter in law Nora, his 2 grandchildren, Alex & Sebastian and a long list of family and friends.

Jay was a hardworking man who always put his passion for cooking first. Jay was a self trained chef who loved being in the kitchen at an early age. Working 12 hour days meant 12 hours doing what he loved most. His passion for cooking will always remain his legacy.

Jay was diagnosed with Stage 3 Lung Cancer on December 3, 2013. His fight with this horrible disease was strong & short lived. Medical expenses have piled up and hospital bills are still coming in. The cost of treatment was more than they ever anticipated.

Our goal is that as Jay & Rita's family, friends and community, we can support them not only with prayers and love, but to help alleviate many of the financial burdens they have taken on. Rita is overwhelmed with hospital bills, a home to care for and the need to provide for herself and immediate family.

We ask that you open up your heart to this family and help them in this tough time.
