Help with Bills

After transferring my job to a new division in March it set me back a month because I was not getting paid enough til I got out of training. They kept me in training a month under the assumption I could not do the job after telling them I had done it for 8yrs prior back in 2010. They did not take that into consideration so I stuck it out. However, I am in a bind of $4000 but only asking for $2500 to at least break even. I can’t borrow because I know I am unable to pay it back. So I’m humbly asking you for your help whomever can.
