Hi, My name is Cindy Chivers and I am starting this page for my son Charles Dortch and his family. Last week Charles had a heart attack at home. EMT had to use the paddles to keep him alive. They have drained nearly 7 lbs. of fluid from around his heart. He is still in the hospital and has to have a D-Fib put in this week. He doesn't have insurance and the medical bills are stacking up.
