Go time for my double lung transplant!

Hi, my name is Roger and I just received the call I have been waiting for for 5 years! I go to Toronto tonight to have my double lung surgery at 12am. I am so thankful for this second chance. I will be living in Toronto for 3 months. Dee will also be with me as my caregiver. This will be a very costly time and we would greatly appreciate any help.
