To whom it may concern. God's grace and peace be multiplied to you through the knowledge for God and of Christ Jesus Our Lord. The God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ miraclously heaed me according to his own power and will.
On Oct 6, 2016 I wiped out on my bike, had a traumatic brain inury and seizure, had no memory of the first two weeks of my hospital stay. I was in North Fulton Hopsital for 28 days. On Nov 4th I was released from the hospital. I do not remember part of my hospital stay. But I had the mentality of a chiled under 5 years of age and everything that goes with that.
Only to be subject to one month of 24 hour care.
My brain was still healing and had to grow up all over again.
On Dec 2, my Neurologist released me from 24 care.
I went back to work on Dec 20th. My Neurologist wanted me to gradually go back to work.
I am currently working 12 hours a week.
I am slowing building my hours up at work.
I am waiting to hear from Social Security to see if I qualify for Disability or supplemental income.
I have a doctor's appointment on May 11th for to see if I qualify for these benefits. The doctor has one month
to send in the paper work for my evaluation. Then the doctor's from the inside of the evaluation office will look at my records. Then they will make a determination if I qualify. I will then get a note in the mail whether I qualify oro not.
I will need to complete cognitive driving in the future.
Right now my wife drives me everywhere.
We have alot of medical bills plus we need help with
daily expenses. Right now we think we need $750
for April's expenses. We also have a bill for around 1600 that went to collections. We need to pay that by
July. We will need money until we get approved or declined from Social Security. The estimate above is for April and the 1600 bill in collections.
We need the funds for April as soon as possible.
We will need some funds also for May and June to help supplement our income and pay for the hospital bills.
I will repost what I need at that time.
My hope and pray is to be working full time like I was before the accident at four locations and for all my hospital bills to be covered and to be debt free this year!!
