Cody is a hard-working man, loving husband and hands-on father. This past June, Cody was diagnosed with Stage 2 Testicular Cancer-mixed germ cell.

We were just beginning to figure life out with our 1 year-old daughter when the diagnosis hit. Little did we know, everything we finally adjusted to would soon change.

Cody received surgery for tumor removal middle of June. A CT scan end of June had indicated the cancer had spread to abdominal lymph nodes and chemotherapy was needed. Living in North Carolina, with very little family around, we made the decision to uproot our lives and head home to Michigan.

3 rounds of Chemotherapy (9 weeks total of treatment) later and we are now looking into a Urologist to determine the next steps with continued enlarged lymph nodes.

Being a family of 3 on 1 forced income has been quite challenging. We are asking for funds to cover every-day living (food, diapers, wipes) and medical expenses not covered by insurance.

Anyone who knows Cody knows he is a true gem, one of a kind. He hasn't deserved any of this but has handled everything with such strength and courage...finding a way to smile through it. Any amount helps. Thank you all.
