Help support Farmhouse Chicken and Donuts a family (owned and operated restaurant) reach their full potential and dream of becoming a full-service restaurant. This has truly been the biggest haul our itty, bitty, tiny small business has ever had to endure. We want to thank all our donors large and small for your support through this process of renovating a building that has never been a restaurant into our new restaurant home. Together between we the owners and the community, we have managed to knock down the initial 50k needed for our renovation, which quickly became more and more as time past. Once we reached one hurdle up came another which equates to more and more cost. And I can not tell a lie. I almost quit, gave up and threw in the towel because of the strain it caused my immediate family and the personal pain I experience from the recent loss of both my grandfather and father but then I remembered...why I got started in this in the first place. I remembered I wanted to bring joy, happiness, laughter, and peace throughout the community with great homecooked food, and somehow we accomplished that. The more I began to internalize, I remembered the community, the friends I made, the smiling faces on the Firemen, Military, Policemen, and the trust I earned within the community. So it became clear, this Girl decided to tough it out. How could I not, with my family, new friends, and community standing by my side? Yes, I know it has taken us a lot longer than some other restaurants or Big Brands. Trust me I wished I could get there much sooner but I had to constantly remind myself I have to work in my own means, strength, and capacity but guess what ya'll we're almost there. We still have a little left to do and a lot less money to raise so hang tight!!

We are almost there Guys!!!  We've recently installed a  hood system with the fire suppression system to assure optimum use and that our chicken and donuts are golden brown and cooked to perfection.


The monstrous grease trap required by the City being installed, and into the ground, you go!


Sometimes, I when I take big leaps of faith, I feel like I'm digging my own hole but not this time. We're digging this hole for this monstrous grease trap that literally caused me nightmares when I got the bill! Lol!

Why are we doing this?

We love being part of this community.  However the land is gridlocked and spaces are limited to where you can lease, so we would need to build or re-develop a property close to our current location.  Our lease is ending soon and we will not be releasing at the current location.  We have been operating only on a 3rd of our menu for over 3 years,  the building cannot facilitate our workload. We want you to experience our very best.  We turned down an opportunity in Tennessee and of course enticing as it seemed, our heart is here!  We would call it robbery to uproot from this great state!  This is our home! 
The tremendous support Farmhouse has received from our community and neighboring communities makes you the centralized arteries to the heart of Farmhouse. We will continue to make our communities proud and continue to offer an incredible product-line that started in Middleburg, Fl. 

We will continue to provide friendly service & provide fresh quality products always. Plus, we will continue to have a good report,  Farmhouse Chicken & Donuts has been positively featured in several magazines, local papers & the news. 

Building a full-line restaurant business is no easy task, there is a lot of costs associated. It also has many benefits to the communities, it will have the capacity or space to facilitate families, it will provide jobs, offer skill training for future restauranteers and serve as meeting place to facilitate meetings to small or large groups throughout our communities.   But..  we're a little light on capital, so here is where you can help keep Farmhouse home! 
Our plan is ethically complete our current lease ending December 2017 while working to complete construction only a few miles up the road.                  We are looking to finish and complete within 120 days which took a lot longer than expected. Together we can make it happen, the sooner we get started the better. Thank you in advance!
