resting place for my mother

My mother is on hospice. I am taking care of her in Granite Bay, California. Her wish is to be buried along side my father in Caldwell, Idaho in the Canyon County Cemetery. I need help to make her wish come true as the expected cost of transferring her remains to a funeral home there are at least $20k.
The doctors say my mom has aspiration pneumonia and they have sent her home with an expectation of having days or a few weeks to live.
