Soy Albert Alexander Guerrero Hurtado tengo 20 años, el pasado 24 de Noviembre del 2023, conducía hacía una entrevista de trabajo a dos cuadras de llegar a mi destino me sorprendió un señor de la tercera edad, frené en seco para no atropellarlo y cai al pavimento.

Fui trasladado al Hospital Central de Maracay donde me operaron de emergencia de una Craniectomia descomprensiva lateral derecha más drenaje de hematoma epidural derecho frontoparietotemporal.

Parecía que mi recuperación iba bien, hasta que el 22-01-23 mis familiares notaron cambios en mi como parálisis facial, y debilidades en el brazo y pierna izquierda, al realizar la tomografía el Dr Neurocirujano Tratante Jorge Díaz nos da el diagnóstico de Hidrocefalia Postraumática el cual necesita con carácter de urgencia la colocación del sistema de derivación ventrículo peritoneal programable marca MIETHKE para adulto.

Hoy acudo a ustedes para que me ayuden a obtener dicho sistema ya que mis familiares no poseen los recursos para el mismo....

Mantengo la Fe de que Dios me dió la oportunidad nuevamente de tener vida y confió en el Propósito que el tiene para mi.

Today I come to you to help me obtain this system since my relatives do not have the resources for it....
