Assist in Getting Back on My Feet

Under normal circumstances I would never do this. Unfortunately I had a huge setback and really could use your help to get back on my feet. Due to unfortunate issues, I missed several weeks of work and had several hospital stays. I am asking for just a little help to keep me going.
