In Loving Memory of Jon

We know BJ as the loving wife, doting mom of four lovely children, scrappy sister, thoughtful daughter, the good friend we were always looking for and thought we deserve, and so much, much more. Recently, BJ and her family experienced tragedy when her devoted husband Jon suffered a massive stroke and passed away at the age of 38.

If you can help BJ and her family during this of time of sorrow and loss by donating any amount of monetary contributions, it would be greatly appreciated. The contributions will go towards the funeral arrangements, and any extra will go towards the children’s college funds.

If you are a Kaiser Permanente employee, you may also help by donating your accrued vacation hours to BJ. Please contact your HR department on the steps to donate your hours.
