Juvenile Shot near Carla Madison Recreation

Hi, my name is Angel and I am fundraising for my Cousin Rhajuan (RJ), on September 7th, 2022, leaving East High School. RJ was outside the Carla Madison Recreation Center when RJ was Shot in the face by a stray bullet as he was getting snacks. RJ

has had Four surgeries to remove bullets and fragments from his jaw. He had to endure the bullet being loged in his throat for four days before it could be removed. He also had to have his jaw reconstructed. His mother Bri has had to stop working and is raising 3 other children.

Bills and medical needs are stacking, anything that is donated will help with rent, food, bills and needs for her kids. Most of all things that RJ needs. His life has changed in a major way. RJ is a awesome young man who has missed out on his first Homecoming at East high school and wants to return to his life but has a long recovery ahead of him. He has had to miss a lot of school and some of the normal things that a young man his age would be doing. He is dealing with a lot of pain daily. RJ is an amazing big brother and he loves music, sports, and his family. He just needs a lot of TLC. Please find it in your heart to help our family.
