Hi my name is Cynthia. I am fundraising for my husband big Jay. Unfortunately this past January Jay was affected by multiple health issues that led to his passing. On January 18th he was diagnosed with stage 4 thyroid cancer that rapidly spread to his lungs and put him in critical condition. It’s heartbreaking to announce to everyone that we lost Jay so soon at the age of 53. Early morning February 10th Jay peacefully passed away and was called home by our Heavenly Father.

Big Jay leaves behind his wife, parents, brothers, sisters, kids, grandkids, nieces, nephews, family, friends and homies whom Jay loved and cared for. Jay was one of a kind. He loved joking with his family and friends and you could always count on him for anything. He always looked out for people and had a good heart. He was also the life of the party, you felt his presence the moment he arrived.

We will always remember Jay and keep him close to our hearts forever. We’re grateful and thankful for any donations to help with the funds for his services that he deserves. Our family truly appreciates all the support. Thank you
