Justin’s Computer

For those of you who remember, Justin is the young son of a former student of mine. Every Tuesday, he and I meet to talk about his schoolwork, his life, and his plans for the future. 
  One of Justin’s dreams is to have his own computer. As things stand, he has daily school assignments that require a computer, and although he has access to one at school, we all know what a difference having one of his own could make. 
   Justin is so wise, so curious about the world, such an optimist. He is a joy. I want him to know that the world is a good and caring place, as good and caring as he himself is. i want him to know that dreams can come true, so that the brightness in his eyes only glows greater. 
   On this Giving Tuesday, I am hoping that those of you who have expressed an interest might see your way to contributing to a holiday miracle, by helping me get Justin his own MacBook Air. I have set the price point where I have because I would like to make sure he also has the software he needs. Any extra funds would be put towards future educational experiences for Justin, such as programs and camps as the years go by. He is only nine years old. And he is our future.
