Justin needs a Kidney. Can you Help

Donation protected
I was diagnosed at 8 months of age with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma. This type of cancer is just as deadly 32 years ago at the time of my diagnosis, as it is today. My parents were told that the probability of seeing my 1st birthday was less than 0.5% chance. I started out with 13 other babies with the same kind of cancer. I am the only survivor. I was aggressively treated with Chemo and radiation therapy chasing tumors throughout my body because the cancer had spread everywhere. I also had many surgeries to try and remove some of these tumors to try to save my life. One of my surgeries was to remove the main tumor in my abdomen. Once in there the surgeons found the tumor had destroyed my left kidney, had crossed the midline and was sitting under my right kidney. In the process of removing the tumor the surgeons inadvertently occluded the renal artery to my right kidney by letting the kidney drop down in the hole where the tumor once sat, bending and pinching off the renal artery to my only functioning kidney! By the time they realised what had happened it was too late. The damage was irreversible leaving me with only 18% kidney function of my only remaining kidney. I have been nursing my little kidney for my entire life with restricted diet, meds, continual tests and regular Doctor visits. It has never grown or was my kidney able to compensate as my body grew and aged. My doctors have been telling me my whole life that they do not know how long it would last. For the last 2 years my kidney has started declining in function. I’ve had to change medications several times and have many tests to see if we could stop or slow the decline. Even with all our effort we have not succeeded. On the May 14th 2015 doctors visit, he told me I will need to find some donors within 3 months to a year. If you or someone you know would like to be tested to see if you or they could be a donor please don’t hesitate to contact meon Facebook at: www.facebook.com/JustinneedsaKidney. Or if possible, are willing to donate financially to the many costs I will endure for this transplant I would so appreciate either hardship...Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I will appriate anything you can donate! Thank you again!
