Support Needed for Justina’s Fight Against Rhabdomyosarcoma
Dear All,
My name is Daniel, and I am writing to ask for your support for my sister, a remarkable young nurse named Justina, who has been bravely battling Rhabdomyosarcoma for the past five years. This rare and aggressive soft tissue tumor has severely impacted her health, affecting her spine and invading her spinal cord, ultimately leading to the loss of function in both of her legs and confining her to a wheelchair.
The dedicated neurosurgical and plastic surgery teams at the University of Ghana Medical Center have offered Justina the opportunity for surgery. Time is of the essence; the longer we wait, the less likely she is to regain the use of her legs. The total cost for the surgery is £4,000, and Justina will also require rehabilitation and physiotherapy afterward, which is estimated to be an additional £2,000.
We are reaching out for financial assistance to help restore Justina's quality of life and enable her to return to the profession she loves—caring for others. Your generosity can make a significant difference in her journey to recovery and independence.
Every contribution, no matter how small, is invaluable and will be deeply appreciated.
Together, we can help bring hope and healing to Justina during this challenging time.
Thank you for considering this appeal.
Warm regards,
Daniel
