Early this week, Justin Phungglan passed away at the age of 22. Justin was a Marine Corps veteran and had a four years of active service. Justin was a fun, loving, and outgoing person. He had a heart of gold that just wanted to forgive anyone. And he only wanted to make others smile.

Justin is survived by his son, Justin Phungglan Jr., his wife, Samantha Phungglan, and his three brothers, Jeff Phungglan, Jonathan Phungglan, and Jaeden Phungglan. Justin is also survived by his mother Sara Allison and his father Jack Phungglan.

All donations will be going to Justin’s family in this time of sadness.
